Default Help with 1st start up

First off if this is not the correct area to post my questions please direct me, new to this.
QUESTIONS
Is it possible to disconnect the turbo and flash a NA tune without putting the car on the Dyno ?
Engine has not been run yet, ALSO it has a new twin disc clutch both will need 500 miles of regular street driving to break in.......then I'm looking to boost to 10-15 pounds

Rebuilt LM4, 5.3, dishes pistons / stock compression 9.5
ARP studs
LS7 lifters , HD pushrods, Trunnion Kit
Scat rods
Comp turbo CT4X billet 6871 AR .68 (1100 hp rating)
Comp Cams 224/224 .600 .600 114 LSA
862 heads sent to Texas Speed, PRC 2.5
80# Deka injectors
an-10 fuel rails / lines
A-1000 fuel pump
3 Bar map
IC
Stock ECU
Stock LS1 intake
Stock Vortec DBW throttle body

SUGGESTIONS ?????
Also any hp guesses with 93 pump gas ?

Your preliminary tuning efforts should be more than enough break-in for all components involved. Unless you magically pull a working 15# boost tune out of your ***, creating one is a slow enough build-up to negate your other concerns.
