I did use the 'brake on the 10.33 pass but I broke the beams so it was a 10.33 instead of a faster pass.

I think 9's should be no problem John. Good ET for just shake down passes. Sounds like you still have ALOT left in it.

Congrats John!

Its good to finally see things coming together for you. You've gone through a ton of changes on that car, since last running it, and I'd be damned pleased. You faired much better than I did at Thunder Last year.

John , I'm pretty sure that you DIDN'T break the beams. Your car lurched forward before the tree started , but the "staged" bulbs were still lit when you took off. What was your reaction time vs. Rich's? If his reaction time is better than yours , you definitely didn't roll through the beams.

Well I went 135.97 and judging from the mph listed on the 2003 and 2004 boosted list, 141 mph puts me at the top for mph, and a 9.80 puts me at top for ET. So my goals are 9.80 and 141 mph maybe not in the same pass.
