What engine are they behind? Something must have been up with the 69’s you had because mine don’t seem nearly as bad as you made them out to be. Mine went 5.8@123 without launching it off 2step and was only about 20lbs to the 1/8, track wasn’t holding much on the short end but I ramped in boost out the back for a 35mph backhalf. These turbos on an engine that flowed worth a **** would be killer.

My setup is a 11:1 5.3 with TFS 220 heads. The 369s I got where when they first came out. Its been over 2yrs now, and I felt like the covers weren't machined correct. Either way someone one would have to pay me to try another set.

Gotcha, sounds like a lot more efficient setup then mine. Not shocking as every manufacturer makes design revisions along the way.

Just want to bring this back up so the people running S366 or S369 SX-E turbos on their cars can report more data/feedback. I have a customer wanting to put these on a built LS2 (stock crank, Molnar rods, Wiseco pistons, LS3 heads/intake) in a '72 Nova with T56 Magnum. He plans to run around at 700-800rwhp mostly and then turn it up from time to time at around 1000rwhp or 1100rwhp. Won't turn it up much higher due to the stock block/heads.

Anyone else have a comparison of the older cast S366's in twin form vs. the newer S366 or S369 SX-E turbos in twin setup? Also say your engine combination please.
