Map sensor help LS3 swap into 01' SS

I have searched and searched and find nothing but conflicting info.
I am new so please don't chew my ***, because i did try before asking to no-avail.

I have a 2001 SS with a LS3 swap and a D-1 procharger. I have a stock LS3 intake and it has the MAP sensor in the front.
I know they make an adapter harness and extension, but what i need to know is what i need to have to make this work when i trailer the vehicle 6 hours away to get a tune. I don't want the surprise of "it wont work, you are fucked."
I plan to run 10-12 pounds of boost and i am converting to E85 as well if that matters at all.

Help is greatly appreciated, as i am starting to go crazy with conflicting info!

If you need a throttle cable bracket for that LS3 intake hit me up.

Just lengthen the wires. Cut, solder, shrink sleeve. You will also need to get a little piece of aluminum from Lowes or Home Depot and make a little hold down or boost will blow it out of the intake.

My throttle cable bracket also doubles as a MAP sensor pin down *cough*

Well if your going procharger , wouldn't you want a speed density tune and a 2 or 3 bar map? I would just call the tuner and ask him what map to run.
