Compression Ratio Hey everyone
Looking for advice on dished pistons for a turbo lq9, 317 heads and stock stroke LS9(0.051) gasket
I've don't all my research and calculations.
Weisco pistons claim -11 cc will get me 9.3:1 but all the calculators online tell me i will be in the 8.x:1 range. Looks like -5 to -8 cc will put me in the 9.2-9.5 :1 range with LS9 Head Gasket (.051) 317 chambers are 72cc
Was thinking weisco pistons -3.2cc (K398X05) and a 0.060 gasket from cosmetic would work but on their catalog it says the -3.2cc doesn't even change compression since it's still at 10.1
What are you guys running?? Looking to be in the mid or lower 9.x

what motor, gasket and heads are you running?
i have checked the specs from the catalogs on all the major companies
diamond weisco mahle cp and ect but they only show to 70cc
the 317 head is 71 so i know it will be slightly lower the advertised
