You make custom kits. I contacted you about a month ago for my c10 but you said you do not have one need to make one from your truck. they are nice kits.

I have single kits but TT I don't do much cuz unless you're going for 1000+hp they aren't needed and cost way more when you're building them right with quality parts.

And you've seen how much of a hassle cheap TT are, lol.

I have a feeling the kit isn't setup right just from reading. I think you have your bov and or wastegates plumbed wrong with the vacuum hose. The kit is not made the way I would do one, but again I don't think that's the problem.

1. Make sure your vacuum lines are zip tied.
2. BOV connects to intake manifold behind the throttle body.
3. Bottom port of the wastegate connects to the compressor housing.
4. Top port of the wastegate goes to OUT on the boost controller.
5. IN on the boost controller goes to the compressor housing.

Sshoeffler, thanks for the interest so i will respond below
1. Make sure your vacuum lines are zip tied.They are not zip tied.
2. BOV connects to intake manifold behind the throttle body. it connects to the manifold mid way on the passenger side after throttle body
3. Bottom port of the wastegate connects to the compressor housing. correct
4. Top port of the wastegate goes to OUT on the boost controller. no controller yet
5. IN on the boost controller goes to the compressor housing. no controller yet

Righ now we got the truck to build boost we had issues with the inner cooler it was clogged or had a bad leak. The only problem i am having now is when i let off throttle it does like 3 or 4 blow offs through bov and through turbo intake side.

If it's releasing pressure through the turbo it's because the bov isn't working properly. Take the bov apart, check the diaphragm and lube the shaft. If that bov isn't centered perfectly it will have a hard time operating if it operates at all. Remove the bov and push on the bottom side of the valve, you should only feel spring tension.

They will be stiff but shouldn't feel notchy or scratchy.
