Listen to someone who has done it... Me! You'll be fine with the mls gasket, you will want to upgrade the alternator bracket to the newer version, also while your there get rid of the plastic power steering pulley and get a ls2 c6 pulley. I did that on a stock ls1 short block and ran mid tens

Twin 340s is too much fuel for the corvette filter/ reg. It will be fine on 1 340 , but when the other one kicks in, you won't get the volume of fuel you need. I ran 1 340 with the corvette set up . When I went supercharged, I switched to a single 450 , return style . 11lbs boost , no problems. You have a very nice set up planned, why risk going lean?

What makes you say twin 340's is too much fuel for the stock filter/regulator? Like what have you done to verify this?
A single 450 won't get the job done, in my case.
If you are wanting only 700-750 DJ HP you'll be perfectly fine with a single 450 pump on gas. 6-rib will give you a headache at that level but we've done it before with a D1SC on a C5Z. The car had an NA Futral F12 cam in it with some TFS215 heads. We put 110 race gas and a single nozzle meth kit on the car and it made 760hp on 13-14psi. We were pretty aggressive with timing to get that power on that combo but it was a runner and lived.
