Ls6 intake knock sensor question?

I bought a used LS6 intake off this site and installed it on my LQ4 truck engine and just bought the Holley EFI standalone and just about done getting it all wired up! The problem I ran into is the plug on the EFI harness is a two wire but on the rear of the intake it's a three prong plug? What is the deal with this? Anybody help explain what's up? Thanks Bill

Could i be seeing the map sensor instead of the knock sensor? I'm new to the computer car world. thanks bill

Are your knock sensors in the valley, 1 wire to each one?
shouldn't be that hard to follow the leads-the map sensor will have 3 leads

I'm thinking I'll need to pull the intake back off because I'm not finding the plug for the knock sensor. I'm thinking it's stuck under the intake.
