Not sure what's wrong, problems since turbo install
He's the guy with the Colorado running a stock 6.0 at like 1k rwhp right? I've only seen one or two of his videos. I've got the stock bottom ls1, torquer v3 cam and PRC 5.3 heads. About 120k on bottom end. Hard miles. About 10k on the cam, heads and valvetrain.

Yes, that's the guy. He does blow some stuff up, typically when he pushes things under conditions that he shouldn't... and he knows it, just doesn't care. If you don't push, you don't learn.
The point is, he has had quite a few builds that have been reliable 600-700 rwhp stock bottom end deals... at the level your at, no real need to spend forged kinda money.
Sounds like you'd be happy with 500 if the thing just worked the way it should.
