parts galore
parts galore Well, everything is here -- well just about everything. Got the turbos, piping, intercooler, etc sitting in the bedroom. Heads are in the kitchen. Head gaskets just showed up today. Turbo wrap and paint will be here tomorrow. Cam "should???" be here tomorrow from Cam Motion.
Only thing missing is the fuel stuff from Speed Inc. Did the UPS/Fed Ex guy get lost??
Stuff was ordered and charged on the 16th -- should have been here by now. I'll have to make a call tomorrow -- oh well.
Car is sitting in the garage with the heads off, cam out, front end off awaiting all the new parts. Should be a fun weekend
Maybe, just maybe, she'll start up this weekend after my 200 trips to Lowes for misc. parts/supplies I'm sure.

Aggg... I am in the same boat, my heads will be coming off this W/E and there are parts EVERYWHERE. I just hope I remember where everything goes.
Too bad you live in Atlanta, I would help you with yours, and you coulda helped me with mine.

I too am in the same boat sorta kinda lol, except no engine in, gotta put the whole friging thing back together and in the car then run everything for the turbo. Good luck with yours man!!

some on the work bench, some under rags after they've been polished.
A attic full or subframes, clutch, flywheel, boxes of gauges, fuel system, injectors,

Yeah, I've got parts everywhere -- parts on the side of the stairs, parts on the kitchen counter, parts on the desk, parts on the floor (ok well lots of parts on the floor), parts in the car, tons and tons of stuff in the garage ---- what a madhouse. Kind of like the pictures of Harlan's place when he was getting his setup done for Thunder last year.

lol, ya i'm kinda like that too just the stuff is all over the workshop/garage, have bolts in containers that go to specific parts on the engine etc. and parts all over as well. I have a reason, no shortblock yet, you need to go put that stuff in!!!!
