Can I use this bigger port for a Hobbs switch. I've been told yes. Just wanna be sure. Thx guys.

Do you have the big port feeding vacuum to a brake booster ?

You can hook up the Hobbs switch to any vacuum source.

I do not. I run a hydroboost no brake booster. So I think this big port is a good source.

That would be just fine to use for the Hobbs switch then. Do you have any other vacuum operated things to hook up ?

I'd recommend a vacuum block. Very cheap and functional.

If you have a few things to a hook up, the vacuum manifold is the way to go.
