BOV turning/rotating
Also are there any adverse affects on it turning/rotating?
Sorry for the newb question.
I can guarantee that even on plumbing setups with no boost leaks and good results from pressure tests, still leak air molecules because they are so small it is almost impossible to contain all of them, all the time.
So the real question is, how much space exists between the mating surfaces of the piece of plumbing you are manipulating, spinning and wondering about. Well nobody on the internet is going to be able to tell you because none of us have manufactured, inspected, and measured that part for you. that is why you need to pressure test it, to see if the leak, which there definitely is a leak (to answer your exact question accurately), given the size of air molecules. What you should be asking instead is, "is the leak significant" and then pressure test it to find out.
