So i got an on3 kit ridiculously cheap with all the fixings..sold off the turbo etc and in the process of fitting my pt88 on it....i had this t4 flange sitting around so i placed it over the crossover flange of the kit and noticed the on3 side looks alot smaller..anyone else run into this?

Probably want matter that much. What i like to do is match the flange to the turbo housing itself. Spray some cheap paint or something on it to use as marking compound.

I did. Well I noticed the metal gasket had a different ID than the flange. My on3 flange was much more narrow longways than a typical T4 flange. Must be a T3.5 flange. I didn't mess with it after I noticed but I will fix it the next time Hotside is apart. I want as smooth of a transition as possible going into the turbo.

i cut off my t4 on my on3 kit and welded a t6 onto it
