Check out the G8 forums. A lot of those guys have done it. Also check out the CTS-V forums. There's tons of info over there.

After talking to some people that did the swap and talking to some vendors that sell prochargers and other supercharger kits, it's not cheaper. It cost about the same. A complete lsa swap kit cost $5300 and a intercooled procharger kit cost $5400. So the only real benefit is the different factor

You can find used LSA superchargers pretty cheap sometimes, but they don't have really high power potentially. I considered going with one, but after doing some research found I'd be producing a ton of heat trying to make the power I wanted. I ended up with an F1R procharger and couldn't be happier.

I am thinking im in the $2500-3000 range for the blower stuff on my C10. Its a iron 6.0 with adapter plates and a LS Concepts drive setup (Dunno how well it works yet as its still on the stand) I figure these things max out at around 700hp.... its still not too bad of a deal VS a complete kit for a mild build.

what heads are you using? I am building a lq4 to swap into my truck and will eventually want to add a blower. for now I have 243 heads on it while it is N/A but am keeping the 317's that came off it just incase.

From what I understand you can change to a smaller pulley to get more boost

Smaller upper pulley, bigger lower pulley, better heat exchanger and pump, meth injection, ported blower, etc etc. It depends on how far you want to go. This thread should give you an idea of what mods are needed for various horsepower levels.

Default harness mods??

thinking of installing a Lsa charger on my 2007suburban 3/4 ton with a ly6. I wasent sure what I needed for engine harness or harness mods. I work in a gm parts dept. so parts are pretty easy to get a hold of. just wondering if anyone has done it, if the would share a parts list. and would love some advice on cam valve springs etc going to be a daily driver so can't be too radical.

I can't comment on the wiring side of it (I'm using the Holley system) I put a LY6 in a 2000 S10 The Cam I used the LS9 cam, It makes decent power and idles near stock and I think I paid $120, The springs I used are PAC 1218 I paid $130 for them on sale. There are cams that make more power but not in that price range.
I haven't had it on the dyno but even with 19x12" wheel and 325/30/19 nitto's it will break the tires loose anytime in 2nd gear and have had it break the tires loose in 3rd at over 90mph. My seat of the pants guess is that it making in the 475-525 range at the wheel.
For accessory drive I used the GM LSA modified part # 19303242
