Fuel pump and injectors question
Now, I want to hit it with a 100 wet shot of nitrous through a plate. I have a dedicated fuel cell for the nitrous. Will I need to upgrade pump and injectors?
You're pushing your current fuel system to what I would say is it's limit based on the data you've given us so far. With more information (IDC, injector part numbers, what 255l pump you're running, etc) I could be more specific about what I would recommend.

Second, the 255 with hotwire will work fine with stock lines and rail up to 550ish boosted or 600na. BUT that also depends on your target afr. Honestly id say you start to cut back quite a bit of power support the richer you go. We have a stock 340 that will work fine and just use upgraded pump harness. You dont need 80lb inj either. A 50 to 55lb inj will work just fine or a 60 if you want some room.
Using a stand alone fuel cell means you dont need extra fuel or a larger pump. You tune the car off the nitrous first. Then tune car on but you dont change the afr in the tune based off what you target, you only change it on the jets. You will want to remove some spark of course for the nutrous, but that is it. Also removing timing does richen up the mixture as well. They are independent systems and should be treated as such. If it were a dry system youd have to worry. otherwise you wont.
