Default random lean spot in boost

so this truck has had all kinds of issues along the way that you guys have saved my *** on. ive got the truck up and running with a 4.8 and the setup off of my 6.0. so it drives good still a little rich in boost but anyways the truck only does this from a dead stop ans nailing the throttle it will pull hard to 4000 then die right off like no fuel at all and then come back. its really scary and it does it everytime. makes trying to get my timing correct impossible i have a log and the current tune to post. i had this issue once before and someone helped me fix it but i cant remember what it was

so just some things that pop out to me

it looks like you're commanding 12.25 afr and all PE cells. BE cells are at .8 thats no big as it defaults to the richest of the two.

but i would set those cells in the lower rpms a little leaner. it makes a smoother VE table

then the PE vs TPS cold enable (hot is disabled, good) is on a curve. I made mine all 50% at the behest of ronssnova and it's a lot easier to predict where the power is gonna be with my foot
