Details are important...especially for any sort of remote diagnosis.

Again I would query your injectors given the stated size and make....and the fact you're using a stock ecu.

And again...you're saying it never ran right with the blower, but to me it sounds like it never ran right with the changes to the fuel system and/or tuning. The blower will not be the cause, or very very unlikely.

The car runs down the road. Just when you start to get into 3000 rpm it goes crazy. After talking to many, it seems the car is too rich. Thanks for the help.

the plugs don't look like too rich to me, but I am not an expert on the subject. Any idea if the injectors are high or low impedance? With the amount of money you have invested in the car, I'd get a good WB mounted onboard that has logging software if possible.

Too many unknowns here.

But check those injectors first off.

Out of injector at 3,500 and no boost, lol.

Congrats. Did the tuner give you any info on what needed to be changed?

congrats! car sounds like a monster.

amazing how many bad tuners there are out there. A fairly well known local tuner put some stupid crazy amount of timing and lean fuel on my first motor and nuked it. New motor and very similar setup but new tuner and some tweaking, running great for a long time.

ok. I'm not too savvy on the terms. I have the first tuner the data. He used it. I gave pat the data as well. I don't think he used it. Pat noticed I had truck coils, but the tune had car coil data in it. He said let's put the truck values in it and see what happens. That made a biiiig difference. Then he tuned some more. Then he said. Let's see if we can make some power. That's when the fun came in.

Here is my look on guys that "tune". I found the couple that I have delt with to be very snoby. Full of brag. I am nothing like this. If you can't figure out my car, it's ok. Just admit it. I'm not mad. im not made at throwing $1500 at the car and it still didn't run, I am not satisfied with unanswered emails. But it was a blessing in disguise I guess. The car is almost done. All the xtra power caused rear axle wrap now. Heheheh. Good problem. I'll fix that next week. Pat and Kurt are top shelf. Friendly. Professional. My car drives as if it was a plain Jane z28 under normal driving conditions. I love it. Perfect. When the throttle is on, it's a ******* monster. Also thanks to Lonnie at Lonnies performance. Greeeeat guy to deal with. Top shelf as well.
