If it rises then that means its doing what its supposed to do. Its' called Anti-squat and the separation between the body and the tire is actually shoving the tire into the racing surface. It'll come into help tremendously when you actually have decent power to use.

Watch the rear rise, then just hold level. Granted power is turned down for the surface we were on.
