Following this, having a lot of trouble hooking my dads ls1 nova on the street, and just about finished with my turbo nova. Dads car with full Calvert suspension wiouldmseperate the rear so hard it would top out he shocks. Put some double adjustables on and it helped by slowing it down but still lays black marks heavily. Hooks great at the track.

The 275's will be faster on a prepped surface. The slick is going to work better and be much more forgiving.
If you're going to be on a marginal surface, the pro bracket radials give kinda the best of both worlds. They'll also work much better on a marginal surface than a 275 Pro.

They should make a huge difference. After using drag radials, I'm spoiled. Don't miss the mushy feeling of bias slicks at all. As stated though, the drag radials have been tougher to make stick all the time. Sometimes they are great, others they suck. No rhyme or reason seemingly. Apparently my car doesn't "Bitch-slap" them into the track either, lol.

with the old slapper bars my car whould dead hook any tire I had on it for a car or so then break loose if the track was slick. with the srd bars it works good everywhere except the first car length. it feels good and stable but I just cant get the hit or separation like the old slappers.
