I give my RXT clutch a B- grade. Was nearly new and didn't last one dyno pull at 870whp and was decently smooth but had a tiny bit of chatter. Mantic is in a different world and well worth extra cost imo, like comparing honda to mercedes. There are guys holding >1k whp on the mantic twin.

870hp?? Rxt is rated for over a thousand, isn't it? What shape were the ceramic discs in? Did you do the 500 mile break in?

what about rst's? I haven't really heard any negatives

I know a few guys have no problems a few have problems including me with chatter. They are a hit or miss. Buddy sent has back to mcleod because he had so much chatter to get it inspected and they said nothing wrong with it. He changed to 9000 mantic and no chatter. He did no other changes but switching clutch.
