Yes it certainly could. If wanting to go to a true dual set-up with a single turbo kit, you would simply have to make a Y-pipe from off the end of the single downpipe, out into dual 3" pipes routing into the beginning of the true dual exhaust system. Once installed on the car any local exhaust shop should be able to relatively easily make the connection for you
