"C" if you want it on the crossover. But it'd work better on the log manifold in the same position as "C".

tht design usually vents into your downpipe. A little short piece of pipe that connects from ur wastegate over to the downpipe. . C is correct

C would help but it is still only seeing flow in that direction by 1 bank of exhaust. As mentioned before, a better placement would be in the bend in the log manifold just before the turbo flange or in the turbine housing itself.
