Heat Exchanger For LSA 6.2 SC In talking with Chevrolet Performance it was mentioned that a heat exchanger is necessary. C & R Radiators was given out as a reference to start me on my way.
After some searching, this oil cooler was either a radiator function or fanless type such as a Fliudyne of various sizes that was highly praised for its' efficiency; GM'S unit is huge.
What am I missing stating that this engine oil cooling can not be taken care of with a high performance remote cooler/fan combo from Hayden or Derale as examples.
Input and recommendations will be greatly appreciated.
