What is this and do I need to remove/relocate? It seems while mocking up that the pipes do not go north enough due to the bolts/bracket. Does this need to go?

Or maybe it's the abs module you are talking about if it has brake lines going into it you can move it as long as the lines reach and wiring harness also.
Sorry the bottom picture with the RZ on it. It looks like a cable comes out of the back and goes into the Cruise Control/Traction Control cylinder. Is this ABS or is this TC?
