Default Major Kudos To EFISource & EFI Analytics

I know this is probably not the correct forum, but I want to make sure this post is read by as many members as possible. Admin, feel free to move it if necessary.

Building a turbo 6.0L in a fox body for a buddy and ran into a problem with the EFISource Gold Box. Could not establish communications from the laptop and the fuel pump circuit was not working. After spending some time with Mike on the phone, he recommended sending it back to be checked. Upon return, it did the same thing. Mike recommended I contact EFI Analytics (TunerStudio) and after some time with Brian, he concluded the USB port on the MS was not responding.

Reluctantly, I called Mike again and he was determined to find the problem as it checked out fine in their shop. With Mike's determination and patience, he helped discover that the main fuse that comes with Gold Box was removed . Don't know how/why, but at this point it doesn't matter. What matters is the expert knowledge, the customer service and COURTESY shown by Mike in resolving the problem. Also like to extend the same appreciation to Brian at EFI Analytics.

Great products and exceptional customer service = WINNERS.

Glad you got it fixed.
I have bothered the absolute crap out of them and they still continue to keep helping me lol. Excellent customer service and even better products...love me some Goldbox/Tunerstudio.

X10^. I've called them numerous times and stopped in a few times to the shop and they have helped me a ton. From loading new firmware on my ms3 gold box to my plain Jane microsquirt with a stock 5.3 tune. they are top notch guys to deal with. No avoiding phone calls like many companies do. Hats off to them for running a damn good business with damn good products and damn good service. Travis

Ya I have always had immediate responses from Mike and he is happy to help. I either lost a couple of the additional wires with pins for the main Gold Box harness plug or they forgot to include a couple. Either way he sent me like 5 new ones pinned and ready to roll, no questions asked and for free in only a couple days. Good people.

I called Mike today to talk a little about there boxes and what I needed. All my friends are telling me to go with Holley because that's what they run. I called to see what he said and ended up ordering a gold box from him a little bit ago. He seemed very helpful and like he cared about what you needed. I liked that and it made me fill good about the product. Now to get the car running and get it somewhere to dyno tune it.
