Who should be allowed on the LS1Tech Boosted list?
Fayetteville has best track prep for test-n-tuners.
BTW, I think Mike just hesitated since he figured a '96 was an LT1 car. I have nothing against the car being on the list and its obvious the car ran what it did - I was there too and seen it.
Dont see the big deal either way and dont think thats what Mike is talking about anyhow. I think he is talking about non LS1 f-body cars being on the list.
My inclination for the LS1Tech Boosted List was, for example:
1998 and up Camaro's Trans Ams with LS1/LS6 Derived engines (whether stock, C5R or Iron)
1997 and Up Corvettes
No one ever asked to post trucks, Buicks or whatever
I'd add the new Goat in there, too.
An LT1 Camaro would not have crossed my mind to include.
I'm not saying I'm closed to any ideas. I'm just asking...

I honestly am not that crazy about lists but its a good reference point for people who want to compare their combo's 1/4 mile data with someone else's and any body style doesnt matter as long as the weight is accurate for comparison.
93+ f-cars with LSx swaps, should be fair game.
but 3rd gens, RX7's, 300Zs, and even first gen's don't give a good comparison of what the normal LSx motors are good for when boosted. They are lighter, which is going to be faster.
Or here is another idea, have a list for cars with lsx motors from the factory, and then a overall list with everbody with a lsx motor in anything.

PS: Update the list

If it originally came with a Gen III, and it rolls with FI, it's in. The rest can find another list. This board stands for Gen III motors. Any moron can run a go-cart with a GEN III motor. Lets make it a challenge by making this boosted list limited to an original Gen III optioned car. What can YOU do with these limitations.
