Ls 6.0

Do the rings have to be gaped on a 90000 mile ly6 6.0 and is the factory oil pump on my 2008 6ly going to be ok with turbo setup. Not planning on 500hp or so rear wheel thanks

Replace the oil pump, they're cheap

My ly6 had some crazy tight gaps they were all like .012-15 so I would say ya open them up or at least check them.

No, it's fine. Leave it alone.

If you're curious about ring gap, check one piston. If it's not crazy tight put it back together and call it good.
