Fuel recommendation

Planning my single turbo build with the motor in my sig. it is around 10.7:1 compression and I am trying to decide on what fuel. I have access to E85 and have also thought about C16 but it is so expensive. Is 93 pump out of the question for this setup? Will run an s480 up to 20psi after I get a handle on it. I also don't want to run an intercooler and want to just run meth injection. Pro flo intake with Holley EFI.

Run 93 and meth if you're worried or E availability is spotty.

Run E85.

With 10.7:1 I doubt you can do 20psi on 93 and meth. Seems a little ambitious for E85 and no intercooler, but still doable. What is the reason behind not wanting an intercooler?
