Ebay man I picked up a

Mid-Ram for pretty cheap so gonna use that they seem on par with the TBSS/NNBS intakes but the other intake comes with rails and such so one less step

Do you have the sellers name or link? I can't find them for that price.

Thanks.

Wish when I took the dash out that the car wasn't in the shape it was man and could have used it but made the choice not too. Live and learn don't think I'll ever be buying a car I don't know where it came from ever again

Man that thing looks like something straight out of star wars. In the end, it's function that matters most...... just keep the hood shut.

Well upon further inspection of that Aluminum 5.3 found some scoring on the crank that was pretty bad and the block was sold for someone to make a stroker out of, Just gonna run the iron motor that's in it now and switch the cams without even taking it out of the car......Gonna do the Pull one head bolt throw a Stud in trick and clean it up a bit and see how long it last

Been screwed over a lot with this car, so going to have the "Screw it attitude" with the motor in the car now......With that attitude it'll likely last 3 seasons and make 1000 for 3 season

You don't think so? Haven't really seen much on people pushing pushing with the stock bolts......Doesn't mean it hasn't been done though like I said, If I just say "Screw it" it'll likely last longer....

Fingers crossed, I have been on stock reused bolts all year. 4000+ street miles and probably about 40 passes. Been 148mph at 3300lbs.

For how cheap the china studs are I'd throw them in with ls9 gaskets and be done with it.

They're bigger than the 6765s so if you can push em I bet you can go a bit faster if it all holds

Denmah barely leaned on reused head bolts to make over 1k to the rear wheels. I think that's all he uses on his builds now.

I've had bad luck with studs. Had both Chinese and ARP studs break on me. Funny enough it was the same hole on two different motors.
