Default need help random no power

i have an 06 Silverado 4.8 I put a supercharger on it off of a zl1 camaro. I moved the battery to the passenger side with a diesel tray so I could build an intake on the driver side. I put a proformabuilt 4l60 in it, I did all of the work right around the same time ever since I started driving it it will intermittently have absolutely no power it will rev real slow then shift real hard in to the next gear. It won't set and codes, half the time I can pull over put it in park shut it off start it right back up then its back to full power. Sometimes I can restart it 5 times and it won't go to full power. I've had tuners look at it for hours I've tried 3 different throttle bodies with and without x-link truck is sd tuned I've checked grounds on the back of the engine and frame. Nobody can figure this out any help is appreciated thanks in advanced

Still have a cat. converter-almost sounds like a clogged up cat. converter.
Good be a failing map sensor, but I would think it would throw a code.
Drive by wire? good also be a pedal going bad, again I would think it would throw a code.

I started the truck today and I could hold it to the floor in park and it would not rev past 3500rpm... shut it off restarted it and it revved fine.

I thought most drive by wire wouldn't allow you to rev over a certain RPM when not in gear (free rev)
Almost sounds like the pedal isn't seeing something that tells the ECU to open the throttle blade, like a gear position-wierd

I have a an x- link on it to get the lsa throttle body to work I thought maybe that was it but I've tried 3 different throttle body's plus the stock one and it still does it I've watched the throttle body and it opens the whole way it's almost like something cutting the injectors back. And I put a new neutral safety switch on it already.

Did you have to extend the wiring on the MAP sensor? I had a similar problem for a long time and changed everything and almost changed the computer. I found a bad connection on one of the wires for the MAP sensor where it was spliced with crimp connectors. Soldered it and has been great since. I didn't have the no rev thing but the tune would change during a drag run or on the freeway. Check your MAP reading with key on, engine off, should be 100-102. Also look at your logs and look at the map sensor reading when the engine dies or does something funny. If it dips low, it is probably a MAP problem.

Now that I think of it before I went sd tune I unplugged the map sensor to see if it would change anything and it didn't change.

Guessing the ZL1 SC was square port, did you have to use adapter plates to fit it to cath. port heads?

Ok I drove the truck around tonight while my dad had the scanner hook up at full throttle the pedal saw 100 percent but the tps only saw 38 percent the 5v reference going to the tps was only sending back like 1.6x volts everytime I shut it off and restart it the percentage at full throttle and volts was different. I have a hard time believing it could be wires after I've checked them all countless times and with just shutting it off and restarting can change everything... I'm thinking maybe the tac module or even possibly the ignition switch. What do you guys think?
