Ultimately I abandoned the LSA route and sold that supercharger because of this and several other reasons. But now I have the LS9 and no worries about the wipers & cowl when install time comes.

Are you still going to throw it in an fbody? I would imagine the ls9 and ls1 are about the same height if not the ls9 being taller.

Update: Hawks has an fbody kit with wipers and no need to lower engine. Might want to visit their site and again and review the video's of 'Sally'

Might want to search on 'ls6427' and see how his project is progressing with a Harrop 2650. The Hawks kit has enough clearance for the 2650.
