Meth and turbo!
Building my car on google and youtube search has me stuck haha, car is currently a forged 347 with a on3 76mm kit car runs strong at the moment fuel system is a in tank walboro 450 pump stock fuel lines and 80lb injectors car did 600hp turned down to 7psi was not able to turn it up due to the stock wiring on the car not putting out enough amps to the fuel pump. Question is what do yall thing about me keeping the fuel system the way it is adding the hot wire kit and adding some meth to the car so I can turn up the boost??
700whp seems to be the "recommended" limit of the factory fuel system with the aforementioned twin 255's.
I'm currently using this setup with a hotwire kit feeding one 255 for normal driving and the second 255 has its own circuit on a Hobbs switch that activates at 4 lbs.
I'm probably only around 600whp myself but the consensus is go return style for more than 700whp or you may have pressure stability issues.
As for the meth you'll get a mixed bag here, some guys like it, some guys hate it. I personally know guys who've made 700+whp on pump with it and love it and guys who've blown engines twice with it. Safeguards are the key and there are some really sharp guys on here who can guide you just give LOTS of detail.
