It's bolted together, there is a light coat of sealant but the machined fit is very good, I doubt that sealer is needed at all.

This is the oil drain length as sent by Huron Speed.

This is after me fixing it.

Nelson 4l80e harness

Pinned the PCM and routed all the wiring on the motor. She is ready to be installed.

Racetronix fan harness requires you to make new weathpak connectors.

Fan wiring done, intercooler, and tubular bumper support mounted.

You putting rtv on the compressor housing when you put it back together?

I just got mine and had to rotate it. Was kinda surprised to see that when i took it apart. I wasnt planning on putting any back on but not sure now, never ran any on any other turbo.

I cleaned off the excess that would have gotten in the turbo and enough was left on the sealing surface i decided not to. The fit was very good so i made a judgement call.

Thanks, hope to have it running before the end of the month and on its way back home in January.

GravelSurfer brought me some wheels/tires so i had to mock one up real quick for fun.

Pressed the backing plates/bearings on. Went very smooth.

The entire garage is filled with aluminum brake caliper dust. The good news is there is some caliper left.

Mounted, done, and at ride height. Rear suspension is also installed and adjusted.

Waiting on rails for this. Its the fatass model. Everyone who sits in it slides around

Got a pair of these for the back for now. The Decarbons are shot.

When the OEM 15 year old shocks wanna spin the shaft instead of come undone you improvise got damn it. More updates soon. Also, did a trans cooler fan power up and man they move some air.

Based on the measurement Bob at brute speed wanted, my measurement on the car was 44.5". That is not the center to center measurement, thats the trans case to the ujoint flange on the rear.

I had one of those filler tubes once, I ended up cutting small grooves on the outside, or stick a small wire, anything to let air out as the fluid goes in.
Otherwise its an all day adventure, lol

This actually wasnt bad, the air seemed to be venting in the trans case and not causing any bubbles or anything on our end.

Fuel pressure check.

Cold side is done, she's ready to fire.

Few little odds and ends left, gauges, subframe connectors, front suspension. But she did crank and run and the motor sounds healthy!!!! Did the segment swap for the 4l80e and the 3bar SD conversion.
