Twin Turbo LS1 Headers
the headers would have to be made so that they fit into some larger turbo system design.. there are not just standard turbo headers for any car that did not come with a turbo allready.
i say save yourself the time.. and probably the money too.. and get a nice base kit like the one from turbotechnology.
If you have done a full DIY exhaust or other complex fab work I say go for it....
The stuff from turbo tech looks nice...
The C5 twin turbo kit uses a turbo which is in the same family.. and compressor housing as the stock turbo in a 2g DSM.... It's not a baby but its a toddler.... A dsm can run in the high 11s to low 12s full weight one with these.
I don't know what the specs are for their stage III turbos for the TT c5.....
My guess is you could fit just about any turbo with a TO4E compressor cover in there...
If you want to run a single they have a header and cross over pipe available seperate for f-body ls1's... You should be able to put a pretty big single on their...

2 each...
56trim GT40 compressor wheel, T350 turbine wheel. TO4E compressor cover, bullseye garret flange custom cast turbine housing...
One on a 2.0 4G63.. 600 whp potential....
so 1200 whp anyone....
You could run two 50 trim ball bearing turbos and spool about as quick as the T25s turbotech has a stage one on the c5 but make 920WHp..
I can think of alot of different options....
But!! As far as single turbos...
I don't know all the different combinations that are that big since a big turbo for a twin V8 is about the same size as a single on a high end 4cyl... Therfore I have'nt worked with anything big enough to work as a single...
Here is a pic of someones Incon twin setup from this site.. Looks like Garret T28s...
Looks like you could fit a bigger turbo on there easy... Heck that low I swear I could hide the turbo system..... That would be a hustling car.... Put a ait to water IC in the OE airfilter area make it look like a CAI kit feding the engine.. nothing fancier.... and run the compressor outlets to it down low and painted nice and dull.... The spool up sound and BOV you cant hide... just start your engine after his and hope he has loud exhaust.. Oh well back on track....
A T28 is about 36lbs min....
The compressor (aluminum side for really newbies) is the same on that pic as the one on the Incon.... Inducer/Exducer on the comp wheel.. 1.900/2.367
I have one of these now...
T04E housing 3" inlet 2" outlet 56 trim GT40 compressor wheel 2.41/3.22 (61mm inducer) 65lb/min... It has a high flowing turbine wheel too.... It's a real bad boy..
