do you know what size it you tapped it to? Also did it affect your engine oil pressure at all? What size did you tap the return in the pan? Thanks man!

Couldnt you send the return to your valve cover like the rear kits?

only if your turbo is mounted above the valve covers, or you run a scavenge pump.

In my case I'll have the turbo mounted in the rear and will be using a scavenge pump however the engine is out of the car and the oil pan is off so why not get it tapped now instead of plumbing into the valvecovers? The only benefit I really see is that the scavenge pum pwill be operating somewhere between 40-50psi and would be shooting oil back into the pan at a high rate possibly causing airation(spelling?) in the oil thus the valvecover idea might be a good one, what do you guys think?

the pan fitting Ive usually done a 1/2 NPT tap, this requires a 23/32s bit to drill out.

for the feed a 1/8 NPT tap is used with a 5/16 bit to drill.

10' of half inch line will hold a LOT of oil, keep that in mind when filling the car up the first time.
i think with a pump you may be able to go down to 3/8" line but don't put money on me... i would ask sts what size they use.

yeah,
if you use that large of a line, you are going to need to fill up oil run for a little bit and then add more.

you should be able to find out what the incon people used pretty easily in this forum

Attached is how my oil system is setup. I have more picture if needed. This is an Incon kit with a weldon 9200 pump returning into the oil sender port.
