"New piping"? Things might have changed but I do not believe there's an off the shelf kit that's directly useable with a LSX turbo fox. At a minimum you're going to have to fabricate a cold side, whether you start from a universal kit or from scratch is up to your relative skill level. I'm sure by now there's aftermarket hot sides available.

Yup, much harder to make 750+ with that budget on pump gas. Injectors are basically the same price. Just need enough pump to support the injectors on E85.

Have you considered nitrous? A simple cam, intake, exhaust 5.3 with a 200 shot is pretty darn fun. MUCH easier too. You could even run some serious compression if you stuck with E85.

On3 has had an LSX fox kit for sale for a LONG time now.
