Lsx turbo o2 signal modifier

Lsx turbo o2 signal modifier Hi,
I ve got a ls2 sts turbo kit fd rx7 so from what i know i have no modification stock ecu with this kit...i m pretty sure it s very bad and gave to buy a megasquirt and do everything right. But maybe i m a lazy boy but i have with another NA turboed car a o2 signal midifier that permite me to richer the mixture to match new turbo flow (voodoo box, tdr fuel card etc.). I can t find anything like that for my ls could you explain me why!? Any informations on my situation with the sts kit?
