Nice progress!

Are you going to mount the turbo in the front next to the radiator facing forward?
Like Matt did on his fairmont 3 build.

The axles are 1541h , lets see how well they hold up.

I say just run it pointing down under the car. It can still be a really short section of pipe.
A lot of people are running it out of the hood these days though. Definitely seems to be the new trend.

Out the hood and side was surprisingly quiet, but both made a huge mess with E85. My cars all blow out a ton of condensation and soot until warmed up anyway. getting that stuff all over the car and windshield is nasty.

My car has full exhaust out behind the tire and it’ll leave a puddle until warmed up. Can’t imagine blowing all that all over the engine bay.

Can you get the turbo back behind the shock tower area? Point the inlet to the fender well area and route the exhaust at a 90 and to the front? Would be nice to get that 47lb beast back behind the front wheels in some way.

what is the reasoning for 3.08 gears ? just what you had laying around ?

i had 3.08 gears in my fairmont, it worked great. I just swapped to 3.73s I'll see how it works out.
