Stock twin turbo ls1 I want to twin turbo my stock internal ls1 but only to 500-600 hp and would like to be able to use that same turbo kit on a later build like a built 370 or a 408. Would a twin turbo kit from huron speed with twin 6262's be able to sustain a low hp tune like 6-7 psi for 500-600 HP on the ls1 but make 800-1000HP at 20ish psi on a built 408?

Sure, but your boost VS power numbers are a bit off. Figure a good guess is doubling the crank HP at 15-16lbs. Also 408's are pretty crap by design on stock block turbo stuff in the 1000ish HP range. Best to leave bore/stroke as is and buy a good rotating assy.
skip the 408, you don't need cubes with boost, much less a stroker motor. let the turbos do the work. get the meatiest sleeves you can, throw some pistons and rods in it. and size your turbos according to the response you want.
