Hope you get it figured out.

The Gen 2 unit looks like the affordable Huron turbo... 7875 with the 3" compressor outlet. It's quite a bit cheaper than the BMF unit from On3 but they look very similar.

of course, there’s a lot of variables to consider.
boost is only a resistance to flow. at 25psi the engine was probably so choked up with a 75mm T4 turbine .96 rear the backpressure was to the point the air cant flow through the engine fast enough causing a build up waiting in the manifold. If there's 25psi waiting at the inlet valve but there 22psi on the other side of the exhaust valve the air isn't going to flow. I suspect that's why power figure wasn't as high as you'd expect with 25psi boost.

would love to have seen the spring pack in the gate if it wasn't air or c02 controlled.

I agree. That’s why I said about a lot of variables.

Still, I’m sure that turbo has a lot of potential with the right components.

I bet you there was alot more than 22psi on the exhaust side with 25psi boost. Thats less than a 1:1 ratio and I bet its in the 2:1-3:1 at that high of boost with a T4 and 3" DP vband. Either way he knows his stuff so I'm sure its the best it can be.
