Correct way to measure v-band? Need help. Ebay-PTK Turbo kit setup
All of my v-bands are leaking due to them being too big or too small for each pipe. Going to rip the kit apart and fix all of them. Before doing that I need help as all v-bands I have been looking at online show different measurements on what a 2.5inch and 3inch vband clamp is for.
If anyone with the identical 1st gen Ebay turbo kit setup can chime in with part numbers to the v-band clamps you used it would be helpful.

They're measured by inner diameter. They're sometimes slightly bigger than their advertised size so that you can buy tubing of the same size (which is measured by outer diameter) and it will slip fit straight in.
