Turbo drain obstruction
i just don’t understand why this is a problem? I’m sure turbonetics is well aware that once the oil goes into their turbo it doesn’t stay there forever? Obviously there needs to be a drain on there. Why is it obstructed? Is it just my turbo? I’ve never heard or read anyone having a problem like this. I really really hope I’m doing something wrong or overlooking something but I don’t think so.
Contact Jon at Huron Speed and show him the pictures, maybe the wrong drain flange got packaged.
Jon is a great guy and will help you however he can, with that being said JoeNova is right.
There's a 3/4" flexible metal oil drain that will work better than AN lines will.

Just make sure the drain is straight down and you have adequate crank case ventilation, that drain won't have much angle to it and poor crank case ventilation could cause poor draining and oil backing up in the turbo.
