Default Future LS 5.3 Turbo Build

I've been looking at a turbo kit from CXRacing "TRB-KIT-CAMARO-LS1-IC", I'm thinking about doing a turbo build on a 99 Camaro V6 car with an automatic transmission. Here's a list of parts that I currently have for the build. I've considered boring and or just stroking the 5.3 block to run it on race fuel but would like some thoughts on what combination would work best. This will be a strip car only and I'm keeping it as an automatic. My goal is to reach 500-600 RWHP if possible. I have been looking at forged rotating assemblies but for the cost of that and the machine work needed to stroke to 383 turbocharging is looking more appealing.

This is the stereotypical example of when N/A guys want to go turbo.

Use the stock 5.3 long block, toss in the LS1 cam, LS6 intake manifold.
Sell off the 241 and 243 heads and the Cam Motion cam.
Pump gas, ~12 PSI, 500whp all day long with a decent turbo.

Thanks for the recommendations, not so much the stereotype remark though! I've been doing quite a bit of research on the subject today and I know more about it now than earlier today. I also forgot to mention that the cam was for an LS7 build with 1.8 rockers. I was planning on running that cam in my LS7 build but Martin Smallwood felt it was too small but would be a decent cam for an LS1 build so I've been hanging onto it. I just wasn't sure if it would work in a turbo build and "I GUESS" you answered that question.
