Duramax intercooler on 99 z71 5.3 turbo will a Duramax intercooler work on a 1999 z71 5.3 with a turbo or has anyone used one on a Silverado?
they can be found cheep on the internet and will bolt right in I would think!

They are far from a bolt in. You need the rad and core support from a 2500 truck to make them fit. There is a write up performancetrucks.net from a few years back where a guy tried using one with a side mount whipple supercharger and ended up scraping it cuz he couldn't get the truck to cool well enough with the dmax stack.
