Boost Pistons? hey guys, my LS2 blew so I need a new motor. I’ve got a d1x Procharger and am going to spin it to the moon so I need a good short block. I’m going to be
SHP LS Next block. This would be a 427 using cp carrillo pistons, molnar crank and rods, billet oil pump.
now this is what I was offered but for 1300 horsepower what piston do you guys suggest? I’ve been told Diamond is the best. I don’t know much about Molnar or CP Carrillo for crank and pistons respectively so let me know guys. Thanks!

Some coated Diamond Pistons are nice. Before I sold my rotating assembly that’s what I had.
The D1X is a badass blower. I love mine. I’d probably be doing another headunit on that 427 though pending how much power you are truly shooting for.
