Default Boost Pistons?

hey guys, my LS2 blew so I need a new motor. I’ve got a d1x Procharger and am going to spin it to the moon so I need a good short block. I’m going to be

SHP LS Next block. This would be a 427 using cp carrillo pistons, molnar crank and rods, billet oil pump.

now this is what I was offered but for 1300 horsepower what piston do you guys suggest? I’ve been told Diamond is the best. I don’t know much about Molnar or CP Carrillo for crank and pistons respectively so let me know guys. Thanks!

Either of those pistons would probably make 2000 horsepower, so don't overthink it.

Im not making 1300whp, but the diamonds in my motor have been at 700+ for years now. No issues yet.

Some coated Diamond Pistons are nice. Before I sold my rotating assembly that’s what I had.

The D1X is a badass blower. I love mine. I’d probably be doing another headunit on that 427 though pending how much power you are truly shooting for.

Many good pistons available.

Ona high power deal I'd stay with a full round is my 2 cents

I have seen better ring and oil control with the full round vs a box skirt
