I would think your fuel system is fine, if they are Holley 120's, on gas, you can push them
pretty far-I have been like 18 # boost little over 50%. I would think twin 340's would keep
up. But if they are Holley injs, and you switch them out, I would be interested in them.

Thanks for the reply, i have a 55 buick we call sloppy 2nds thats my wifes car so she is getting all the parts i upgrade off mine. We ran the stock motor to 23# 1 time which didnt work out great but it stayed together all summer at #19, i feel like i was on borrowed time with it at that. I guess inwomt chnage the pumps for now and see how it does, i was on the fence about switching to a rear sump with more pump.

Id go with a much larger turbo on a 427 then a single s480. The billet 80mm impeller will make 1300 yes but the turbine is going to get over run pretty fast with a 427. Atleast go with the 1.32 exhaust shell. This has to be a t6 right. Id personally go with a fi s488 atleast. Id heard they were coming out with 100mm turbine or already have it. Id call and talk to jose. If you wanna go cheaper i saw vsracing had a 94mm 113mm turbine coming out. I dont know how much but the s480 stuff is half what the name brand is. Just my 2 cents.
