Default Misfire after WOT Pulls

***Resolved - It was a broken inner valvespring on cylinder 6***

Hello,
Not sure if this is Boost related but, Ive been experiencing what seems like a misfire after a WOT pull. It will clear up after 20-30 seconds. I've tried reading the DTC codes when it is "missing" and I always end up with a P0121 Throttle Position Sensor for those 20-30 seconds before it goes away. I don't get any P03XX cylinder misfire codes.I've tried replacing the TB to see if the at would help but nothing.

Has anyone experianced something like this before?

Motor is Turbo 5.3L running on an E67 ECU.

Are you using non resistor plugs? Could be rf interference.

TR6s. I'll look into the RF interference.

I took the truck out today. After a short pull, it started missing as usual. this time it took a about a minute to clear up during which the check engine light started to blink. I pulled over to try and plug in my scanner to pull the code. Came up with a P0306 (Cyl 6 Misfire) on top of the P0121. I got home and checked all wire connections. Didnt get to the plug but I swapped the plug wires and even swapped around the injectors. I'll take out again in a few days to see if problem moves cylinders.

TR6's are resistor.
Truckdoug is most likely correct. I've also seen wires fail when hot.

Get a cheap multimeter and measure resistance of your plugs wires.

Wanted to update everyone with what I found. I replaced wires and plugs and still same. Luckily I decided to swap my cam while I was redoing my cooling system and found the culprit.
The inner spring (Dual Valvespring Setup) of cylinder 6 had broke into 3 pieces. I consider myself lucky to have caught it when i did.
