Default GM LSX 4.185 Bore Block

How much power could this block support with forced induction? This would be in a ful race application where the block would be filled.

Id measure cylinder wall thickness before you do anything. Filling the block would also require a rehone afterward so take that into consideration also.

Most big HP builds keep the bore size to around 4.155".... the more cylinder meat the better though. 4.130" bore with 3.625" stock stroke seems to be the hot ticket and let the turbos do the work. 388ci is a very popular size for gobs of power....
