I have a 4.10" and a 3.85" w/belts if anyone's interested. Let me know.

I am putting a D1SC on my 99 vette here in a month or so, and I will be needing a pulley for it inclucing a belt, what size would I need to run around 8lbs of boost?

The 4.10" was the one that came with the kit. It was rated at 8#'s of boost on a stock car.

4.10 was rated at 4.5 to 5 PSI on a stock engine with stock exhaust. You will NEVER see 8 PSI with a 4.10 pulley! Not with the ATI Crank Pulley.

That's the pulley that came with the 8# tuner kit. I was getting 4.5#'s on a car with longtubes/true duals and heads/cam. The 3.85" pulley got me 6#'s on the same car.
