BTW, dont let the smallish spec of the stage one ghost cam fool you. it pulls just as high of rpm as my bigger cam did. i think the lobe design of this cam is just much better. it pulls to 7000-7200 rpm in my 5.7 with a billet 7875. You dont need to pull it this high, I just like rpm myself.

It also seems like a really nice NA cam. I am getting a little tired of the ASA cam in my Cougar. LOL

Does anyone know what length pushrods are needed with the Ghost cam on a stock LH8 long block?

Anyone?

I just received this cam. It is currently on sale at Summit. I couldn't resist. I have 7.400" pushrods now, which gave me good preload with the ASA cam. Just want an idea of what I am getting into before I tear into it in the driveway...LOL

Only thing I can tell you is
1) I have .050 longer than stock because that’s what my other cam needed
2) no I didn’t check it
3) yes it runs fine and pulls to 7000
4) no I don’t care that I didn’t check it.

I kind of miss my old blow thrus, always were bullet proof. Had a CSU carb on the
6.0/Procharged, ran so good everybody thought it was FI'ed, lol. I hope to fire mine up
next week. I ended up with 7.350 PR's, but it was a 6.0, stage 2, but LS3 heads. You always
have to ck, decking, etc, every combo is diff.
